Terms and conditions

By using the Baziya website and TV app, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Your account

• The details you enter when signing up (name, email and mobile number) must be accurate and your own.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access safe; any activity on your account is recorded in your name.
• Baziya may restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. Content and copyright

• All episodes, videos, shorts, articles, images and the Baziya logo belong to Baziya or their respective owners.
• You may download episodes for personal listening. You may republish a short excerpt if you credit “Baziya” and link to the source; republishing in full or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
• Guests' views are their own and do not necessarily reflect Baziya's.

3. Comments and live chat

• Insults, defamation, hate speech, advertising, sharing other people's personal information, and links or phone numbers are not allowed in comments or live chat.
• Baziya may decline to publish, or remove, comments and messages that don't follow these terms, without prior notice.

4. Shop, events and payment

• Prices are in tomans and include all charges, unless shipping is listed separately.
• An order is placed once payment succeeds; you are kept informed of its status in your account and by SMS.
• You can return a damaged item, or one that doesn't match your order, within 7 days of receiving it via Contact us.
• Event tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event starts; after that, the amount is not refunded unless the event is cancelled.

5. Privacy

• Your information is used only to provide our services, deliver orders and answer support requests, and is never sold to anyone.
• To improve the site, we record anonymous visit statistics (such as play counts).
• To delete your account or your data, send a request via Contact us.

6. Changes to these terms

Baziya may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page, and continuing to use Baziya means you accept the new version.
