Privacy policy

This page explains what information Baziya keeps about you, why, and how you can see or delete it. It is part of the Terms of Use.

1. What we keep

• Your account: name, username, email, mobile number and profile photo (if you add one). Your password is stored encrypted, and no one — not even the Baziya team — can see it.
• Orders and delivery: recipient name, mobile number, province, city, postcode and address. If you choose courier delivery, the location you mark on the map is saved too.
• Events and membership: your registrations, tickets and membership plan.
• Activity on the site: your watch and listen history (for “Continue watching”), “My list”, comments, and messages you send to support, along with any images you attach.

2. Payment

Payments are made through a secure bank gateway. Your card number and PIN never reach Baziya and are never stored; we keep only the payment result and its reference number.

3. What we use it for

• Signing you in, delivering orders, issuing tickets and activating memberships.
• Essential SMS messages, such as sign-in codes, order status and support replies.
• Answering messages and improving the site with anonymous statistics (such as how many times each episode is played).

Your information is not sold and is not shared with anyone for advertising. Only the part needed for a specific task goes to the relevant provider: your mobile number to the SMS service, your address to the delivery company or courier, and the payment amount to the bank gateway.

4. Cookies and browser storage

• A cookie to keep you signed in.
• A cookie to remember your light or dark theme.
• An anonymous visitor ID used to compare two versions of a page (never linked to your name or account).
• Guests' shopping baskets and support chats are kept in that browser's storage.

Baziya does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account's name, email and profile picture.

6. Seeing, correcting and deleting your data

• You can change your name, username, email and photo at any time in your account, and clear your watch history there too.
• To get a copy of your data or delete your account entirely, send a request via Contact us. Order and payment records may be kept for as long as the law requires.
