Episode description
“I'll do a feature with Reza Pishro and outclass him...” Maybe only one person in rap could say that to Reza Pishro, and that's Saman Wilson. This Baziya guest is Saman Wilson, who goes by “Asl-e Kar” and calls himself one of the main pillars and the godfather of Persian rap. Almost all of us have memories of Zedbazi's songs, and it was Saman and Mehrad Hidden who started the group. But two decades later, none of those rappers are what they used to be. Here we meet a different, 40-year-old Saman Wilson. Joking aside, Saman is the same person — but in this episode he said things we've never heard anywhere: from his upcoming marriage and his admiration for Yas to his hatred of Hichkas's voice and his disgust with rap — the same rap he believes he made great. Baziya - Babak Jahanbakhsh
Audio podcast
We talked about love with Jahanbakhsh, known as the “Sultan of Emotion”. About the days when life got so hard we said: it can't get worse than this... but it did. Even much worse than we imagined. About the days we thought we couldn't go on, and then, once we had come through them, said to ourselves: we never thought we were this resilient... This is just one piece of our long, fascinating conversation with Babak Jahanbakhsh. Watch the full conversation, as always, on Monday on Baziya's YouTube channel.
Baziya - Pouria Bakhtiari
Audio podcast
Is Iran's economy on the verge of collapse?! In episode twenty of Baziya we talked with Pouria Bakhtiari, writer, economic expert and maker of the Ecotopia podcast. For years Pouria has tried to take economics out of numbers and charts and explain in plain language how it affects our daily lives. This time, in a casual conversation, we talked about Iran's economy: from decisions that, as Pouria puts it, should have been explained to a president with an animation, to inflation that governments themselves started and the path that can lead to hyperinflation — and on to Dubai's self-made people!!! Watch the full conversation between Ali Ziya and Pouria Bakhtiari on Baziya's YouTube channel and listen in podcast apps. Vitabiotics, always on the people's side.
Baziya - Kia Davoud Esfandiari
Audio podcast
In these feverish days for the dollar, we gave this episode of Baziya to a conversation with economic expert Kia Esfandiari, and we chatted about a lot! From how the government created inflation and may be profiting from it, to how fewer cats on the street might tell us inflation has risen, to what is going to happen to Iran and how he sees the uncertain future! Watch and listen on Baziya's YouTube channel and in every podcast app. As always, Vitabiotics stands with us and with the people.
