Episode description
“I packed my suitcase for the last time!” This Baziya guest, Babak Karimi, is an actor who has appeared in the work of Abbas Kiarostami and Asghar Farhadi but has never been seen as much as he deserves! The blow of betrayal and separation drove him to bury himself in work, and that journey made a new man of him. His outlook on life makes this one of Baziya's most delightful conversations. Our long-time sponsor is Vitabiotics. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Baziya - Babak Jahanbakhsh
Audio podcast
We talked about love with Jahanbakhsh, known as the “Sultan of Emotion”. About the days when life got so hard we said: it can't get worse than this... but it did. Even much worse than we imagined. About the days we thought we couldn't go on, and then, once we had come through them, said to ourselves: we never thought we were this resilient... This is just one piece of our long, fascinating conversation with Babak Jahanbakhsh. Watch the full conversation, as always, on Monday on Baziya's YouTube channel.Episode 146Sep 141 hr 36 min
Baziya - Pouria Bakhtiari
Audio podcast
Is Iran's economy on the verge of collapse?! In episode twenty of Baziya we talked with Pouria Bakhtiari, writer, economic expert and maker of the Ecotopia podcast. For years Pouria has tried to take economics out of numbers and charts and explain in plain language how it affects our daily lives. This time, in a casual conversation, we talked about Iran's economy: from decisions that, as Pouria puts it, should have been explained to a president with an animation, to inflation that governments themselves started and the path that can lead to hyperinflation — and on to Dubai's self-made people!!! Watch the full conversation between Ali Ziya and Pouria Bakhtiari on Baziya's YouTube channel and listen in podcast apps. Vitabiotics, always on the people's side.Episode 143Sep 101 hr 5 min
